西药联合中医辟秽清幽汤治疗脾胃湿热型Hp感染疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析辟秽清幽汤联合伏诺拉生+阿莫西林+左氧氟沙星治疗脾胃湿热型幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染的临床价值。方法:选取62例幽门螺旋杆菌感染患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各31例。分别选择常规西药疗法(伏诺拉生+阿莫西林+左氧氟沙星)和西药联合中医辟秽清幽汤治疗,观察两组中医证候积分、临床疗效、血清炎性因子水平、幽门螺杆菌根除率、复发率及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2周后,观察组各项中医证候积分、血清炎性因子水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组幽门螺杆菌的根除率显著高于对照组,复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访2周后,两组不良反应对比,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);随访4周后,观察组不良反应显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辟秽清幽汤联合伏诺拉生+阿莫西林+左氧氟沙星治疗脾胃湿热型Hp感染,可显著提高临床效果、降低中医证候积分、提高幽门螺杆菌根除率、降低复发率及远期不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective:Analyze the Pihui Qingyou Decoction combined with Folonara,amoxicillin and left oxygen in the spleen and stomach damp-type Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection.Methods:62 patients with Cynecoptacer infection were treated as research objects from August 2022 to April 2023,and 62 patients with Pymodiopathy infection were treated as research objects.According to the random digital table method,the research object was divided into control group(n=31) and observation.Group(n=31),select conventional western medicine therapy(Folonola,Amoxicillin and left oxygen) and western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine dirty soup treatment,compared with two groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors,Horizontal,Helicobacter root,recurrence and adverse reactions.Results:The total effective efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control(P<0.05),after 2 weeks of treatment,the level of traditional Chinese medicine certificate and serum inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group;the observation group The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori is significantly higher than the control group,and the recurrence rate is significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),after 2 weeks of follow-up,the two groups of adverse reactions are comparison,and the difference is not statistically significant(P<0.05);follow-up 4;follow-up 4 After the week,the adverse reaction of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pihui Qingyou Decoction combined with Folura,amoxicillin and left oxygen to treat spleen and stomach humid and humid Hp infection diseases,which can significantly improve the clinical effect,reduce the accumulation of traditional Chinese medicine cards,increase the root of pylori,reduce the recurrence rate and far away Adverse reactions are worth promoting.
