参柏九味镇痛膏联合康复新液治疗肛瘘术后创面疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨参柏九味镇痛膏联合康复新液对肛瘘术后创面愈合的影响。方法:选取60例肛瘘患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组(参柏九味镇痛膏联合康复新液)30例和对照组(凡士林联合康复新液)30例,两组均于术后第1天开始换药,观察第2、7、14天两组创面分泌物情况和肉芽生长情况,对比两组治疗前及治疗14天后血清炎性因子水平。结果:治疗组术后第7、14天创面分泌物情况及肉芽生长状态均优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组在治疗后炎性因子水平明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组创面愈合的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参柏九味镇痛膏联合康复新液对促进肛瘘术后创面愈合临床疗效显著,能有效缩短愈合时间,提高患者术后生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of Shenbai Jiuwei Analgesic Cream combined with Kangfuxin Liquid on wound healing after anal fistula surgery.Methods:Sixty patients with anal fistula were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a treatment group(Shenbai Jiuwei Analgesic Ointment Combined with Kangfuxin Liquid) of 30 cases and a control group(Vaseline Combined with Kangfuxin Liquid) of 30 cases.Both groups began dressing changes on the first day after surgery,and the secretion and granulation growth of the wounds in the two groups were observed on days 2,7,and 14.The levels of serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:On the 7th and 14th day after surgery,the secretion and granulation growth status of the wound in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory factors in the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment compared to the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of wound healing in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Shenbai Jiuwei Analgesic Cream and Kangfuxin Liquid has a significant clinical effect on promoting wound healing afteranalfistula surgery,effectively shortening the healing time and improving the postoperative quality of life of patients.
