基于扶阳从三阴病辨治高尿酸血症

摘　　要：中医学认为气化是人体正常生命活动的基础,其实质为“阳化气,阴成形”,而“阳主阴从”则是万物有序生化的基石。气机贵在流通,气行则生机活泼,气息则生机绝灭。若三阴阳气虚损,致经络不通,经脉失养,则百病丛生。故阳气的充实与否,是致病和治病的关键。高尿酸血症发病之根为肝、脾、肾三阴阳虚,而痰湿瘀热则为发病之标,临床治疗应重视“扶阳”,宜温运太阴,温补少阴,调畅厥阴,并各有侧重,辅以祛湿、化痰、逐瘀、清热,从而畅达经络和脏腑阳气,则病可向愈。Traditional Chinese medicine believes that Qi is the basis of the normal life activities of the human body,its essence is “Yang-Qi,Yin-forming”,and “Yang-dominated Yin from” is the cornerstone of the orderly biochemistry of all things.The gas machine is precious in the circulation,the gas line is lively,the breath is lifeless.If the Three-Yin and Yang Qi deficiency,resulting in meridian obstruction,dystrophy,then the disease cluster.Therefore,the enrichment of Yang-Qi is the key to the pathogenesis and treatment of diseases.The root of Hyperuricemia is deficiency of Yin-Yang in the liver,spleen and kidney,while phlegm-dampness and blood stasis-heat is the target of the disease.The clinical treatment should pay attention to “Fu Yang”,which is suitable for warming and transporting Taiyin,warming and nourishing Shaoyin,and regulating Jueyin,the disease can be cured by removing dampness,resolving phlegm,removing blood stasis and clearing heat to reach meridians and Zang-Fu organs.
