摘　　要：近年来肺结节(PN)的检出率逐渐增加,部分PN存在恶变可能,严重影响患者身心健康。贾文魁教授认为PN的形成责之肺脾肾失调以致正气亏损,气、血、痰壅滞日久伏于肺络以致络息成积,基于此,复感风热湿等六淫之邪,引动肺络伏邪打破机体平衡发而为病。治疗以祛外邪、扶正气、清伏邪为总则,三脏同调与祛邪散结法并施,使肺中积聚得散。In recent years,the detection rate of Pulmonary Nodule(PN) has gradually increased,and some PN may become malignant,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients.Professor Jia Wenkui believes that the formation of PN is due to the imbalance of the lung,spleen,and kidney leading to the loss of healthy qi,and qi,blood,and phlegm are obstructed in the lung collages for a long time leading to the accumulation of collages.On this basis,the six evil factors such as wind heat and dampness are repeated to induce the lung collages and collages to break the balance of the body and cause disease.The treatment is based on the general principles of dispelling exogenous evil,Fuzheng Qi and Qingfu evil,and the three zang harmonization and dispelling evil dispersing methods are combined to make the lung accumulate powder.
