摘  要:细胞膜色谱(CMC)是一种发展迅速的新兴仿生色谱技术,该技术将活性表征与色谱分离相结合,克服了传统“分离-评价”模式的缺点,凭借其在线、高通量、高灵敏度、自动化等多种方法学优势,在中药活性成分筛选研究中备受关注。通过对CMC在中药抗肿瘤、抗类过敏、抗心血管疾病、抗骨质疏松、抗炎镇痛、抗病毒、抗前列腺增生等有效成分及中药注射剂致敏成分筛选中的最新研究进展(2018-2023年)进行综述,旨在为未来更多中药相关活性成分的高通量筛选提供方法学参考依据,同时为创新药物发现、药效作用机制研究、中药及其制剂的质量控制提供参考。Cell membrane chromatography(CMC),as a rapidly developing bionic chromatography technology,combines activity characterization with chromatographic separation,overcoming the shortcomings of the traditional “separation-evaluation” model.With its methodological advantages of online,high throughput,high sensitivity and automation,CMC has attracted much attention in the screening of active components in traditional Chinese medicine.In this paper,the latest research situation(2018-2023) of CMC in screening effective components of traditional Chinese medicine,such as anti-tumor,anti-anaphylactoid,anti-cardiovascular disease,anti-osteoporosis,anti-inflammation and analgesic,anti-virus and anti-prostatic hyperplasia,and allergenic components of traditional Chinese medicine injection were reviewed,aiming at providing methodological reference for high-throughput screening of more active components related to traditional Chinese medicine in the future,and providing reference for innovative drug discovery,research on pharmacodynamic mechanism and quality control of traditional Chinese medicine and its preparations.
