摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭是重症医学科中常见的疾病之一,具有高发病率、高死亡率的特点。目前针对慢性心衰的治疗,教科书和指南推荐利尿、扩血管及强心等对症治疗,然而其治疗在一定程度上存在局限性。虫类药具有活血通络等功效,现代研究又表明其具有抗凝、防血栓等作用,临床用于治疗慢性心衰等疾病。鉴于相关方面的文献较少,故对虫类药治疗慢性心衰的临床应用、实验研究进行归纳综述,以期能为临床治疗慢性心衰提供借鉴。Chronic heart failure is one of the common diseases in the department of critical care medicine,with high morbidity and high mortality.At present,for the treatment of chronic heart failure,textbooks and guidelines recommend diuresis,vasodilator and cardiotonic symptomatic treatment,but there are limitations to some extent.Insect medicines,which are clinically used in chronic heart failure and other diseases,have the effect of promoting blood circulation and clearing up blood circulation,and modern studies have shown that they have anticoagulant and anti-thrombotic effects.In view of the paucity of literature on this subject,a review of the clinical applications and experimental studies of insect medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure is summarized,in order to provide some references and ideas for clinical treatment of chronic heart failure.
