摘　　要：足痿首见于《素问》,从历代医家差异性注释中归纳提炼出足痿阳明虚弱、肾虚受湿、湿热交阻、寒湿阻滞、湿邪困脾五类病因病机。通过对足痿理法方药进行全面考察梳理,并探寻足痿与现代疾病之间的联系,揭示足痿诊治的规律性,以期为当今治疗足痿相关疾病,以及统编教材《中医内科学》痿疾的修订提供参考。The wilting of the legs was first mentioned in the Su Wen,which summarized and refined five types of etiology and pathogenesis of wilting of the legs based on the difference notes of medical scientists throughout the ages,including Yangming deficient cold,deficiency of kidney and phlegm stagnation syndrome,damp-heat gluing and invading,stagnation of cold-damp and pathogenic dampness encumbering the spleen.In turn,it also conducted a comprehensive examination and rationalization of the principle-method-recipe-medicines for the wilting of the legs,and probed the link between wilting of the legs and modern diseases,which has revealed the regularity of the diagnosis and treatment of the wilting of the legs.The research findings are of great reference value in the treatment of the diseases related to the wilting of the legs nowadays,as well as in the revision of the state-compiled textbook Traditional Chinese Internal Medicine for flaccidity disease.
