摘　　要：目的:观察通络护肾汤对早期2型糖尿病肾病患者微循环指标的影响。方法:选取2022-2023年就诊江西省中西医结合医院内分泌科确诊糖尿病肾病患者100例,分为试验组和对照组,每组各50例。两组均予以降糖常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上加用厄贝沙坦片,试验组在对照组基础上加用通络护肾汤。比较治疗前后各组患者尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(CREA)、尿微量白蛋白、内皮素-1(ET-1)、血栓素B2(TXB2)的变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者的BUN、CREA、尿微量蛋白、ET-1、TXB2均较治疗前下降,但试验组较对照组下降显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通络护肾汤可有效缓解早期2型糖尿病肾病患者微循环,降低尿蛋白,有保护肾功能的作用。Objective:To observe the effect of Tonglong Hushen Decoction on microcirculation in patients with Early Type 2 Diabetic Kidney Disease.Methods:100 cases of patients with early Type 2 Diabetic Kidney Disease from the Department of Endocrinology of Jiangxi Province Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine were selected as the study subjects,and divided into the experimental group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Two groups were given routine treatment,and the control group was additionally treated with Irbesartan tablets,and the experimental group was additionally treated with Tonglong Hushen Decoction based on the treatment of the control group.Bef ore and after treatment,the levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(CREA),Urine microalbumin,Endothelin-1(ET-1),thromboxane B2(TXB2) in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of BUN,CREA,Urine microalbumin,ET-1,TXB2 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those bef ore treatment,and the levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tonglong Hushen Decoction has obvious effects on improving Microcirculation,reducing Urine microalbumin and protecting kidney in patients with early Type 2 Diabetic Kidney Disease.
