汪悦教授运用藤类药从“气血分属”论治痹证经验

摘　　要：痹证指由于人体感受六淫侵袭,导致经络痹阻、气血不畅,不通则痛,从而出现筋肉、关节肿痛,伴活动不利等症状的病证。汪悦教授主张以通论治痹证,其对藤类药的运用有独到见解和经验。痹证不论病程长短,其病机均为经络痹阻、不通则痛,皆以通经活络为基本大法;汪教授临证用藤治痹,善从“气血分属”选之,以求行气活血、通达经络而愈。现代药理学认为藤类药具有抗炎镇痛、调节免疫等作用,是治疗风湿病的良药。通过对汪悦教授运用藤类药治疗痹证的经验进行总结,并从“藤药气血分属”的新视角展开讨论,最后附医案两则,以探究汪悦教授用藤治痹的分类选药、用量及配伍经验,以期更好服务于临床。Bi syndrome refers to the human body being attacked by the six evils,resulting in paralysis and obstruction of the meridians and channels,poor Qi and blood flow,in which get pain.It is manifests as swelling and pain in the muscles and joints,accompanied by unfavorable movement.Prof.Wang Yue advocates the treatment of Bi syndrome by generalization,and he has unique insights and experience in the use of vine medicine.Regardless of the duration of it,the pathogenesis of Bi syndrome is the meridians and collaterals are blocked,and the pain is caused when the Qi and blood is no circulation.The basic method is to invigorating the meridians and activate the collaterals.In the treatment of Bi syndrome,Prof.Wang Yue always using vine medicine from the theory of “Qi-blood classification” that in order to move the Qi and blood,invigorating the meridians and collaterals.Modern pharmacology believes that vine medicines has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,regulating immunity and other effects,and is a good medicine for the treatment of rheumatic diseases.It was summarized Prof.Wang Yue's experience in using vine medicine to treat Bi syndrome,and a new perspective for analyzing the “Qi-blood classification of vine medicine”.Finally,two cases report were showed to explore Wang's experience in the selection,dosage,and combination of vines for the treatment of Bi syndrome.Hope to get the better therapeutic effects.
