经方中防己配伍运用思路探析

摘　　要：从防己在经方中的用量用法、病机主症、配伍思路三方面,考证《伤寒杂病论》6首含防己经方相关原文,总结其用量,既有“两”为单位、亦有“分”为单位,并酒渍一宿取汁的特殊用法;分析其祛湿清热散饮之位由里及表均有涉及,如“肠间”“膈间”“四肢”“皮肤”;配伍常见与桂枝发越闭结兼通湿痹,与黄芪益气利水蠲饮,与茯苓淡渗利湿散饮,与石膏清热逐饮,此类配伍在后世中得到广泛发展运用,为临床配伍运用防己治疗疾病提供参考。Based on the usage and dosage,indications,and compatibility thoughts of 6 original texts of classical prescriptions containing Fang Ji in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases,the author summarizes its measurement unit “liang”,there is also “fen” for the unit and wine stains a night of juice special use;analyze its clearing damp clearing heat and loose rheumatism from the inside and the outside are involved,for example,“Intestinal”“diaphragm”“limbs”“skin”;common combinations:Fang Ji and Gui Zhi are commonly used to dispel stasis and relieve pain,and it can also be used with Huang Qi to invigorate Qi and promote the excretion of fluids,it with Fu Ling to dispel dampness and eliminate fluids,and with Shi Gao to clear heat and eliminate fluids.These combinations have been widely used and developed in later generations.Aims to provide new ideas for the clinical application of Fang Ji.
