摘　　要：介绍朱明芳基于“中医芳香疗法”治疗雄激素性脱发的经验。朱明芳认为湿浊困脾为雄激素性脱发的基础病因病机。湿浊困脾、脾气难升,湿浊黏滞、阻遏气血,毛发失濡而脱,故醒脾化湿为治脱之要法。基于“中医芳香疗法”理论,朱教授创新性提出使用芳香药物治疗雄激素性脱发,内服配合外用,醒脾化湿,毛发得养而固,适当配伍行气活血、解表疏邪芳香药物,以增其效。附验案一则以佐证。Zhu Mingfang's experience in treating androgenic alopecia based on traditional Chinese aromatherapy was introduced.Zhu Mingfang believes that dampness trapping the spleen is the basic cause and pathogenesis of androgenic alopecia.Dampness traps spleen,leads to the temper of the spleen difficult to rise,and it is too sticky to suppress qi and blood,hairs get lost because of lacking of nutrition,so invigorating the spleen and resolving dampness is the main method of treatment.Based on the theory of “aromatherapy of traditional Chinese medicine”,Professor Zhu innovatively proposed the use of aromatherapy drugs to treat androgenic alopecia,through internal administration with external application,invigorating spleen and resolving dampness,hairs get nourished and solid,and appropriate combination with aromatic drugs for Qi and blood circulation or relieving superficies and expelling pathogenic factors,to increase its effect.One case is attached for proof.
