摘　　要：目的:对石仙桃的名实以及药用部位调查、梳理,有利于正确认识石仙桃,提高石仙桃用药的合理性和安全性。方法:通过查阅石仙桃历史文献,厘清石仙桃名实与药用部位的历史沿革,再结合实地走访与调研等方式,对石仙桃的正名与异名、药用部位等习用情况进行调查及研究。结果:石仙桃在民间多以经验性习惯用法为主。其别名众多,药用部位也与中药材标准有所差异。石橄榄是石仙桃最常见到的异名之一,与石仙桃为同一种植物,民间市场上多以石橄榄为主要流通名称,而在中药材标准上以石仙桃为正名。石仙桃用药部位可为全草或假鳞茎,但假鳞茎是其主要药效部位。结论:石仙桃药用历史悠久,药效广泛,多应用于民间验方之中,对药物名称与用药部位的系统分析与研究,可促进石仙桃临床的合理用药以及开发利用,为石仙桃的基础研究以及传承推广提供理论依据。Objective:Pholidota Chinensis is mainly used in folk customs through empirical idioms.There are many aliases for it,and its medicinal parts are also different from the standards of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Investigating and sorting out the real names and its medicinal parts is conducive to a correct understanding of it and improving the rationality and safety of its use.This article aims to clarify the historical evolution of the name and medicinal parts of Pholidota Chinensis by consulting the historical literature.Through on-site visits and research,this article investigates and studies the orthonym and synonymous of Pholidota Chinensis,as well as medicinal parts.Results:Shi Ganlan is one of the most common synonyms of Pholidota Chinensis,which is the same plant as Pholidota Chinensis.In the folk market,Shi Ganlan is often used as the main circulating name,while in traditional Chinese medicine standards,Pholidota Chinensis is used as the correct name.Pholidota chinensis can be used in whole grass or Pseudobulb,but Pseudobulb is its main effective part.This medicine has a long history and a wide range of pharmacological effects,and is often used in folk formulas.Conclusion:Systematic analysis and research on the name and medicinal parts of the drug can promote the rational use and development of Pholidota Chinensis in clinical practice,providing a theoretical basis for the basic research and inheritance and promotion of Pholidota Chinensis.
