摘　　要：自噬是真核细胞通过溶酶体对自身受损细胞器与大分子蛋白质的降解,实现细胞自身的细胞器更新与营养物质循环利用的过程。自噬可通过与炎症、氧化应激、细胞凋亡、铁死亡、自噬相关信号通路方面与慢性肾脏病的发病机制密切相关。此外,中医学认为自噬类似于“精气化生、阴阳平衡”的概念,中医药通过调控自噬治疗慢性肾脏病已成为当下研究热点。现从自噬角度探讨总结中医药在慢性肾脏病治疗中的研究进展,以期为慢性肾脏病的防治提供新思路。Autophagy is the process in which eukaryotic cells degrade damaged organelles and macromolecular proteins through lysosomes,achieving the renewal of organelles and the recycling of nutrients.Autophagy is closely related to the pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease through signaling pathways related to inflammation,oxidative stress,cell apoptosis,ferroptosis,and autophagy.In addition,traditional Chinese medicine believes that autophagy is similar to the concept of “transforming essence and qi,balancing yin and yang”in traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment of chronic kidney disease by regulating autophagy in traditional Chinese medicine has become a current research hotspot.This article explores and summarizes the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic kidney disease from the perspective of autophagy,to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of chronic kidney disease.
