基于“异病同治”探析甲状腺、乳腺及子宫结节类疾病治疗

摘　　要：甲状腺、乳腺及子宫结节类疾病是女性三种具有内在联系的常见病、多发病,三者相继或联合发病的情况呈现上升趋势。这三种疾病病因病机各有异同,现代医学认为三者的发生均与内分泌紊乱相关,但又受各自特异性因素的影响。在中医理论体系中,三者在病因病机、病位及病理因素等方面存在共性,但也不尽相同,故三病在辨证分型、治疗原则及处方用药方面既存在共性规律,也有其独特之处。通过从异病同治角度探析三病病因病机、辨证治疗及用药规律,以期为临床治疗甲状腺、乳腺及子宫结节类疾病提供参考。The diseases of thyroid,breast,and uterine nodules are three kinds of common and frequently occurring diseases with internal connection in women,and the incidence of the three diseases successively or in combination showed an increasing trend.The etiology and pathogenesis of the three diseases are different,modern medicine believes that the occurrence of the three diseases is related to endocrine disorders,but they are affected by their specific factors.In the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine,the three diseases have commonalities in etiology,pathogenesis,location,and pathological factors,but they are not the same.Therefore,the three diseases have common rules in syndrome differentiation,treatment principles,and prescription drugs,but they also have their unique features.Through analyzing the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,and medication rules of the three diseases from the perspective of the same treatment of different diseases,it is expected to provide a theoretical basis and diagnosis and treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of thyroid nodules,breast nodules,and uterine nodules.
