摘　　要：随着人口老龄化不断加剧,中医虚劳病证临床诊疗日益得到重视。《理虚元鉴》作为中医药论治虚劳病证的一部重要经典著作,其对虚劳病证的预防、病因病机的认识、临床诊疗自成体系,其中尤以“论肺”为其特点。书中强调,肺为“五脏之天”、清虚之脏、治虚之枢、“三本二统”之要;辨证分型上提出“伏火刑金”为虚劳的重要病机;遣方用药注重滋阴润肺,确立清伏火、保肺阴、培脾土等治则治法。其立足于肺的学术思想内涵可为拓宽临床虚劳诊疗思路提供借鉴。With the increasing aging of the population,the clinical diagnosis and treatment of deficiency Lao syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine has been paid more and more attention.Lixu Yuan Jian is a traditional Chinese medicine on treating the syndrome of the deficiency of an important classic work,for the disease prevention,etiology,and pathogenesis of understanding,clinical diagnosis,and treatment of its system,especially “on the lung” as its characteristics.The book emphasizes that the lung is the “five viscera of the day”,the viscera of clearing deficiency,the hinge of treating a deficiency,and the essential of “three books and two unification”.In terms of syndrome differentiation and classification,it is suggested that “burning gold” is an important pathogenesis of deficiency fatigue.Lay emphasis on nourishing Yin and moistening the lung,and establish treatment methods such as clearing fire,preserving lung Yin,and cultivating spleen soil.Its academic thought connotation based on lung can provide a reference for broadening the thinking of clinical diagnosis and treating asthenia.
