摘  要:以“川贝母”“基源”“暗紫贝母”“太白贝母”“瓦布贝母”“梭砂贝母”“甘肃贝母”“化学成分”“药理作用”等作为关键词,检索并收集归纳中国知网、万方网、维普网等数据库近年相关文献,发现不同基源川贝母化学成分和药理作用具有差异。从化学成分角度看,卷叶贝母和太白贝母总生物碱含量最为丰富。从药理作用角度看,暗紫贝母和太白贝母镇咳、祛痰和平喘的作用最为突出。通过探讨、比较不同基源川贝母化学成分和药理作用的差异,为川贝母的现代应用及不同基源的选取提供参考。Taking “Fritillaria cirrhosa D.Don”,“base source”,“F.unibracteata Hsiao et K.C.Hsia”,“F.taipaiensis P.Y.Li”,“F.unibracteata Hsiao et K.C.Hsia var.wabuensis(S.Y.Tang et S.C.Yue)Z.D.Liu,S.Wang et S.C.Chen”,“F.delavayi Franch”,“F.przewalskii Maxim”,“chemical constituent”,“pharmacological effect” as keywords,the relevant literature in recent years were searched in CNKI,WanFang.com,cqvip.com,et al.,and collected and summarized.It was found that the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of different sources of Fritillaria cirrhosa D.Don were different.From the perspective of chemical composition,the total alkaloid content of Fritillaria cirrhosa D.Don and F.taipaiensis P.Y.Li were the most abundant.From the perspective of pharmacological effects,the antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic effects of F.unibracteata Hsiao et K.C.Hsia and F.taipaiensis P.Y.Li were the most prominent.By discussing and comparing the differences in chemical composition and pharmacological effects of different sources of Fritillaria cirrhosa D.Don,it provides a reference for the modern application of Fritillaria cirrhosa D.Don and the selection of different base sources.
