摘 要:为了探究应用于高速长时飞行器外表面防热中的主被动复合热防护结构的换热特性,提出了以燃油为冷却介质的主被动复合热防护方案,以典型基元结构为对象,采用了非定常有限体积法,进行了主被动复合热防护方案换热特性研究,获得了不同工况下结构温度分布、换热特性等瞬态热响应行为,给出了影响主被动热防护设计的因素和规律,为优化热防护设计提供了支撑。研究表明:主被动复合热防护方案较纯被动热防护方案在防热效果、质量成本、容积占比方面有着明显的优势,是一种应用前景广阔的热防护方式。To explore the heat transfer characteristics of the active-passive composite thermal protection structure which is applied to the outer surface of high-speed long-duration aircraft,an active-passive composite thermal protection structure using fuel as the cooling medium is proposed.Taking the typical base structure as the object,the unsteady finite volume method is used to carry out the research on the heat transfer characteristics of the active-passive composite thermal protection structures,which has obtained the transient thermal response behaviors such as structural temperature distribution and heat transfer characteristics under different working conditions,and given the factors and laws that affect the design of active-passive thermal protection,in order to optimize the design of thermal protection provided support.The results show that the active-passive composite thermal protection structure is better than the traditional passive thermal protection structure in terms of thermal protection effect,weight cost,volume ratio.It is a thermal protection method with broad application prospects.
