摘　　要：阿昌族医药是我国民族医药重要组成部分之一。以“阿昌族”“阿昌族医药”等为关键词,通过查阅中国知网、维普、读秀等数据库近30年的相关资料,从阿昌族医药发展简史、医技医法两大方面对阿昌族医药研究情况进行总结分析,发现阿昌族医药的研究重点主要在特色诊疗技术的探究以及对经方和用药经验的收集整理。目前阿昌族医药虽在多方的努力下取得了较大发展,但总体仍处于初始阶段,因此如何让阿昌族医药继续传承和发展仍然是目前亟待解决的难题,并就此提出相关建议,以期能够为阿昌族医药的传承保护和研究提供参考。Achang medicine is an important part of traditional medicine in China.The paper mainly focuses on keywords such as“Achang ethnic group”and“Achang medicine”By consulting databases such as CNKI,VIP and Duxiu,it summarizes and analyzes the research on Achang medicine in the past 30 years,covering its historical development and medical techniques and methods.The research on Achang medicine mainly centers on exploring unique diagnostic and treatment technologies,as well as collecting and organizing prescriptions and medicinal experiences.Currently,despite significant efforts,the development of Achang medicine is still in its early stages.Therefore,how to continue the inheritance and development of Achang medicine remains a pressing issue.The article proposes relevant suggestions to provide references for the preservation,protection,and research of Achang medicine.
