清凉膏联合挑治疗法治疗血栓性外痔临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨清凉膏联合挑治疗法治疗血栓性外痔的临床疗效。方法:选取南京市中医院肛肠科门诊收治的60例血栓性外痔患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组患者予以外用清凉膏进行治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上配合痔点挑治法,连续治疗2周后,比较两组患者的综合疗效、痔核肿胀大小、痔核颜色变化、疼痛评分、肛门异物感评分及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为92.85%、70.07%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗第7天后痔核肿胀大小、痔核颜色变化、疼痛评分以及肛门异物感评分组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清凉膏联合挑治疗法治疗血栓性外痔疗效显著,安全性良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Qingliang ointment combined with pricking therapy on thrombotic external hemorrhoids.Methods:60 patients with thrombotic external hemorrhoids were selected from the anorectal clinic of Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30).The patients in the control group were only treated with Qingliang ointment for external use,while the patients in the treatment group were treated with hemorrhoid spot picking therapy on the basis of the control group,the comprehensive curative effect,size of hemorrhoid swelling,color change of hemorrhoid,pain score,anal foreign body sensation score and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 92.85%and 70.07%,respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,there were significant differences in the size of hemorrhoid swelling,color change of hemorrhoid,pain score and anal foreign body sensation score between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingliang Ointment combined with pricking therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids.
