摘　　要：乳腺管痉挛使产妇在哺乳期身体和心理都产生了极大的痛苦,刘丽芳教授门诊治疗乳腺管痉挛效果甚佳,故因乳腺管痉挛就诊的患者日益增多。刘教授认为此证以气血亏虚、筋脉失养为发病之根本,痰瘀及外邪郁而化热为其病机之关键。故治疗上强调补益气血、缓急止痛;再配以清热化痰、活血通络,内外兼治,进一步提高临床疗效。并附临床验案一则,以飨同道。Mammary tube spasm caused great pain to parturients during lactation.Professor Liu Lifang's outpatient treatment for mammary tube spasm was very effective,so more and more patients went to see doctors for mammary tube spasm.Professor Liu believed that qi and blood deficiency and muscle loss were the root causes of this syndrome,and phlegm stasis and heat caused by external evil depression were the keys to its pathogenesis.Treatment emphasis on tonifying qi and blood,slow pain relief;With clearing heat and phlegm,promoting blood circulation and collaterals;Both internal and external treatment,further improve clinical efficacy.And attached a clinical test case,in order to satisfy the road.
