摘　　要：补肝汤出自明代《医学六要》,善补肝血,补中有收,功效为养血活血、柔肝缓急,临床常用于肝血亏虚,血不养筋之关节僵硬、小腿转筋;肝风内动之筋惕肉瞤;肝为女子先天之本,补肝汤可治女子血虚不荣之痛经;还可治卫气不得入于阴所致阴气虚之不眠等。胡敏棣主任医师认为肝者,虚证亦多见,善补肝者应先补血,故用补肝汤治疗肝血不足为主的肌肉瞤动、失眠、筋痹、痛经等,疗效甚好。列举病案数则,分析其中临证化裁之经验,切实领悟异病同治的特点。Bugan Decoction is derived from the Ming Dynasty's'Six Essentials of Medicine'.It is good at nourishing liver blood,tonifying the middle and receiving.Its efficacy is nourishing blood and activating blood circulation,softening liver and relieving urgency.It is commonly used in clinical practice for liver blood deficiency,blood failing to nourish tendons,joint stiffness,calf turning tendons,liver wind stirring,tendons preventing muscle twitching,eyes receiving blood can see,blood deficiency and dark eyes are unknown.The liver is the foundation of the birth.Director Hu Mindi believes that liver deficiency syndrome is also more common.Those who are good at tonifying liver should first replenish blood.Therefore,Bugan Decoction is used to treat muscle twitch,insomnia,tendon paralysis,dysmenorrhea and so on.Enumerate each medical record,analyze the clinical treatment,and effectively understand the characteristics of the same treatment for different diseases.
