基于数据挖掘探讨古代中医文献治疗乳岩用药规律

摘　　要：目的:基于《中华医典》探讨古代乳岩的用药特点及规律。方法:在《中华医典》(V 5.0)中筛选中国古代治疗乳岩的案例,分为外用药和内服药,经过数据标准化处理并建立数据库,采用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件对古代治疗乳岩的组方用药进行分析,挖掘药物使用特点及其规律,探寻新方药物组成。结果:共收集方剂133首,其中内用方剂90首,外用方剂43首。内外用药物组成中归肝经药物最多,内用方剂中药物频次前10位药物分别为当归、甘草、浙贝母、酒、乳香、瓜蒌、没药、连翘、青皮、蒲公英,外用方剂药物频次前10位分别为麝香、白芷、酒、当归、麻油、蒲公英、冰片、乳香、朱砂、没药。内外用方共得到核心组合29种,推演新方3种。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台揭示了《中华医典》中治疗乳岩的用药规律,探究“活血-散结-扶正”组方思路以及酒在治疗乳岩中的应用,并挖掘出新药物组合,有助于提高中医治疗乳岩的临床疗效。Objective:To explore the characteristics and rules of drug use in breast cancer based on Chinese Medical Code.Methods:The cases of treating breast cancer in ancient China were screened in the Chinese Medical Code(V 5.0),which were divided into external and internal drugs.After data standardization and database establishment,Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V 2.5)was used to analyze the prescription drugs used in ancient China to treat breast cancer,explore the characteristics and rules of drug use and explore the composition of new prescription drugs.Results:133 prescriptions were collected,including 90 internal prescriptions and 43 external prescriptions.The top ten drugs for internal use were Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Zhebeimu(Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii),liquor,Ruxiang(Olibanum),Gualou(Fructus Trichosanthis),Moyao(Myrrha),Lianqiao(Fructus Forsythiae),Qingpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride)and Pugongying(Herba Taraxaci).The top ten drugs for internal use were Shexiang(Moschu s),Baizhi(Radix Angelicae Dahuricae),liquor,Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Mayou(Oleum Sesami),Pugongying(Herba Taraxaci),Bingpian(Borneolum Syntheticum),Ruxiang(Olibanum),Zhusha(Cinnabaris)and Moyao(Myrrha).29 core combinations of internal and external formulas were obtained,and 3 new formulas were deduced.Conclusion:The law of drug use in the treatment of breast cancer in the Chinese Medical Code was revealed through Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,exploring the method of“activating blood-softening hardness-reinforcing the healthy Qi”and the application of alcohol in the treatment of breast cancer and the new drug combination was found,which is helpful to improve the clinical effect of TCM treatment of breast cancer.
