摘　　要：抑郁症是一种常见的情感性精神障碍,近年来随着社会经济的不断发展,抑郁症的发病率逐年增高。抑郁症初期的中医辨证及临床常见证型多属肝气郁结证,在抑郁早期进行治疗更有利于减轻病情及促进疾病恢复。中医药治疗抑郁症有独特优势,针灸及针灸联合疗法能很好改善抑郁状态,且起效快、毒副反应少、复发率低,现已得到广泛应用。因此通过整理归纳近年来针灸治疗肝气郁结型抑郁症的相关文献,以期为临床治疗肝气郁结型抑郁症提供参考依据。Depression is a common emotional and mental disorder.In recent years,with the continuous development of the economy and society,the incidence of depression has been increasing year by year.In the early stage of depression,traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and common clinical types are mostly related to liver Qi stagnation.Early treatment of depression is more conducive to reducing the severity of the disease and promoting recovery.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of depression.Acupuncture and acupuncture combined therapy can effectively improve depression,with fast onset,minimal side effects,and low recurrence rate.It has been widely used in the treatment of depression,so this article summarizes the relevant literature of acupuncture in recent years for the treatment of liver qi depression depression,in order to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of liver Qi depression depression.
