摘　　要：丹皮酚又称牡丹酚,主要是从徐长卿干燥根或牡丹根皮中提取分离出来的一种酚类化合物,具有广泛的药理作用。近年来,丹皮酚对心血管活性保护作用研究机制受到越来越多的关注。综合丹皮酚的心血管活性保护作用以及药物递送系统研究进行综述,为更好地探索丹皮酚治疗心血管疾病提供基础研究思路及开发研究安全可靠的药物提供参考。Paeonol,also known as moutonol,is a phenolic compound mainly extracted from the dried root of Xu Changqing or the root bark of peony,which has a wide range of pharmacological effects.Recently,the research on the protective mechanism of paeonol on cardiovascular activity has attracted more and more attention.This paper synthesizes the research results of the same mechanism of action of paeonol on cardiovascular activity and drug delivery system,and provides basic research ideas for better exploration of paeonol in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases and provide reference for the development of safe and reliable drugs.
