摘　　要：巫山淫羊藿是《中华人民共和国药典》规定的淫羊藿属植物5个品种之一,其用药历史悠久、药效显著、活性成分含量高、种植面积大,是当前主流品种之一。但现代分析发现巫山淫羊藿的淫羊藿苷含量低,达不到《中华人民共和国药典》规定量,而被单列,致使其开发应用受限、种植面积有所缩减。综述我国巫山淫羊藿资源状况、形态与生长特征、人工种植、主要活性物质种类与功效及其转化、加工制备等新近研究文献,为促进巫山淫羊藿人工种植、加大其加工制备及其产品开发应用产业化提供参考。Epimedium wushanense is one of the five varieties of Epimedium plants specified in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.It has a long history of medication,significant efficacy,high content of active ingredients,and a large planting area,making it one of the current mainstream varieties.However,modern analysis has found that the content of icariin in Epimedium wushanense is relatively low,which cannot meet the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and has been listed separately,resulting in obstacles in its development and application,as well as a reduction in the planting area.Through a review of recent research literature on the resource status,morphology and growth characteristics,artificial cultivation,types and efficacy of main active substances and their transformation,as well as processing and preparation of Epimedium wushanense,to provide a theoretical basis for promoting artificial cultivation of Epimedium wushanense and increasing its processing and products industrialization development and application.
