摘  要:注浆效果是顶管施工期间环境变形的关键影响因素。对此,文章建立顶管三维数值分析模型,通过区分不同泥浆分布状况下的摩擦系数,研究顶管施工过程中不同注浆效果对环境变形的影响。研究表明:顶管施工期间管线正上方的土体扰动大于两侧土体;完整的泥浆套能有效降低土层损失及背土效应;注浆效果越好、泥浆套越完整,越能减轻施工期间的地表沉降与管周位移。Grouting effect is the key influencing factor of environmental deformation during pipe jacking construction.In this regard,a three-dimensional numerical analysis model of pipe jacking is established.By distinguishing the friction coefficients under different mud distribution conditions,the influence of different grouting effects on environmental deformation during pipe jacking construction is studied.The results show that the soil disturbance directly above the pipeline is greater than that on both sides during the pipe jacking construction;the complete mud casing can effectively reduce the soil loss and the back soil effect;the better the grouting effect and the more complete the mud casing,the more it can reduce the surface settlement and pipe displacement during construction.
