摘 要:文章深入探讨了工程项目设计变更风险对成本控制的影响。通过对设计变更管理的难点进行分析,指出变更的识别、评估、决策和执行的复杂性,以及不善的变更管理可能导致的成本失控、进度延误和工程质量风险。进一步讨论了工程项目设计变更管理体系的建立,以提高变更管理的效率和准确性,减少变更对项目的负面影响。通过具体的变更请求流程,从变更识别到闭环反馈,为工程项目管理提供了一套详尽的变更管理体系。This paper delves into the influence of engineering project design change risk on cost control.Through the analysis of the difficulties of design change management,it points out the complexity of change identification,evaluation,decision-making and implementation,as well as the cost out of control,schedule delay and engineering quality risk that may be caused by poor change management.The establishment of engineering project design change management system is further discussed to improve the efficiency and accuracy of change management and reduce the negative influence of change on the project.Through the specific change request process,a detailed change management system is provided for engineering project management from change identification to closed-loop feedback.
