摘 要:探究钢筋混凝土预制板裂缝开展规律及处理方法对提高钢筋混凝土预制板结构的安全性、耐久性和可靠性至关重要。文章设计了4个钢筋混凝土预制板试件,其中一个未设置钢筋网片,另外三个设置了不同配筋率的钢筋网片,对试件进行了加载试验,对比了不同试件的荷载-挠度曲线、刚度比、承载力,分析了裂缝的间距及宽度。结果表明,设置钢筋网片能够抵抗裂缝开展、提升试件的承载力及刚度,且随着钢筋网片配筋率的增大,试件刚度、极限承载力提升幅度增大,裂缝短期最大宽度的降低幅度提高。It is very important to explore the development law and treatment methods of cracks in reinforced concrete precast slab for improving the safety,durability and reliability of reinforced concrete precast slab structure.Four reinforced concrete precast slab specimens are designed,one without steel mesh,and the other three with different reinforcement ratios of steel mesh.The loading test is carried out on the specimen,and the load-deflection curve,stiffness ratio and bearing capacity of different specimens are compared,and the spacing and width of cracks are analyzed.The results show that the setting of steel mesh can resist the crack development and improve the bearing capacity and stiffness of the specimen,and with the increase of the reinforcement ratio of the steel mesh,the stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen increase,and the decrease in the short-term maximum width of the crack increases.
