摘  要:曲面异形“内混凝土外钢”斜拉桥主塔结构新颖,桥塔具有构造复杂、造型奇异等特点。桥塔施工面临钢结构吊装节段多、安装精度要求高、混凝土浇筑难度大等诸多难题。文章结合海花岛跨海3#桥工程实例,总结了塔柱施工重难点,研究了主塔总体施工方案及施工工艺措施,包括钢结构拼装及吊装工艺、桥塔安装控制测量等方面,可为同类工程提供参考。The main tower structure of curve-surfaced and special-shaped"inner concrete and outer steel"cablestayed bridge is novel,and the bridge tower has the characteristics of complex structure and peculiar shape.The construction of the bridge tower is faced with many problems,such as many steel structure hoisting segments,high installation accuracy requirements,and difficult concrete pouring.Based on the engineering example of Haihua Island sea-crossing 3#bridge,this paper summarizes the key and difficult points of tower column construction,and studies the overall construction scheme and construction process measures of the main tower,including steel structure assembly and hoisting process,bridge tower installation control and measurement and so on,which can provide reference for similar engineering.
