摘 要:文章详细地分析了预应力混凝土实心方桩施工的相关情况,通过计算桩身截面混凝土有效预压应力、桩身正截面开裂弯矩,验算了预应力混凝土方桩力学性能信息,把控预应力混凝土质量达标和钢材满足抗拉能力的要求。从吊运与堆放方桩、锤击沉桩、静压沉桩等角度出发,分析了预制钢筋混凝土实心方桩施工工艺。在开展施工现场管理工作时,要高效管理桩基施工等情况,使各项施工技术指标满足设计要求。This paper provides a detailed analysis of the construction of prestressed concrete solid square piles.By calculating the effective prestress on the concrete of pile body section and the cracking moment of pile body normal section,the mechanical performance information of the prestressed concrete square pile is checked,and the quality of prestressed concrete is controlled to meet the standards and the steel is controlled to meet the requirements of tensile capacity.From the perspectives of lifting and stacking square piles,hammer piling,and static pressure sinking piles,the construction processes of prefabricated reinforced concrete solid square piles are analyzed.When carrying out the construction site management work,it is necessary to efficiently manage the pile foundation construction and other conditions to make the construction technical indicators meet the design requirements.
