基于模糊综合评价的租赁房暖通工程施工质量管理评价研究

摘　　要：文章通过构建基于模糊综合评价的施工质量管理评价模型,对租赁房暖通工程施工质量管理进行系统评价,构建了租赁房暖通工程施工质量管理的评价指标体系,采用BP神经网络确定了各评价指标的权重,并运用模糊综合评价方法进行了评价计算。评价结果显示,租赁房暖通工程施工质量管理体系、阶段管理和施工要素管理等方面表现良好,与实际质量管理评价基本相符,但仍有进一步提升和改进的空间。By constructing the evaluation model of construction quality management based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,this paper systematically evaluates the construction quality management of rental housing HVAC engineering,constructs the evaluation index system for construction quality management of rental housing HVAC engineering,uses BP neural network to determine the weight of each evaluation index,and uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for evaluation calculation.The evaluation results show that the construction quality management system,stage management,and construction factor management of the rental housing HVAC engineering perform well,which is basically consistent with the actual quality management evaluation,but there is still room for further improvement.
