摘　　要：为使建筑工程项目建设取得更理想的效果和成绩,集成化的全过程工程咨询服务成为大势所趋。为提升全过程工程咨询质量,行业内通过不断的实践和探索,对全过程工程咨询进行优化与完善。文章分析了福州市院牵头全过程工程咨询业务开展情况,探讨了全过程工程咨询组织及生产模式,并提出了全过程工程咨询管理措施、建议及思考,旨在促进全过程工程咨询的良性发展。In order to achieve more ideal results and achievements in the construction of construction engineering projects,integrated whole process engineering consulting services have become the general trend.In order to improve the quality of whole process engineering consulting,the industry continuously optimizes and improves the whole process engineering consulting through practice and exploration.This paper analyzes the development of the whole process engineering consulting business led by Fuzhou Architectural Design Institute Co.,Ltd.,discusses the organization and production mode of the whole process engineering consulting,and puts forward management measures,suggestions and thinking of the whole process engineering consulting,in order to promote the benign development of the whole process engineering consulting.
