摘  要:钢桁架梁桥一般采用钢桁架作为空间结构主梁的截面形式,其优势在于自重小、刚度大、钢用量少、工业化制造、装配化施工速度快等,因此在钢桥中得以广泛应用。而在钢桁架桥梁设计施工中,为使车辆过桥时线性平顺、乘客舒适度高,设置预拱度就成为一项重要的设计施工内容。文章结合小清河复航工程郭家生产桥100 m钢桁梁桥施工项目,详细阐述了下承式简支钢桁架桥梁预拱度的设置方法,并分析了该设置方法的优缺点及改进方向,以供参考。Steel truss beam bridge generally uses steel truss as the cross-section form of the main beam of the spatial structure.Its advantages are small self-weight,high stiffness,low steel consumption,industrial manufacturing,and fast assembly construction speed.Therefore,it is widely used in steel bridges.In the design and construction of steel truss bridges,setting precamber has become an important design and construction content to ensure linear smoothness and high passenger comfort when vehicles cross the bridges.Based on the construction project of 100 m steel truss bridge of Guojia Production Bridge in Xiaoqing River navigation restoration engineering,this paper expounds in detail the setting method of precamber of through simply-supported steel truss bridge,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the setting method and the improvement direction for reference.
