外军高超声速武器作战及其目标杀伤链构建分析

摘　　要：随着俄罗斯数型高超声速导弹投入战斗值班,高超声速攻防时代已经来临。从高超声速武器的基本原理出发,结合外军资料对其未来可能的作战样式和目标杀伤链构建开展了初步研究。研究认为:战役战术层面,高超声速武器既适用于战斗发起时的防区外体系破袭,又适用于战斗进行中的高价值目标毁瘫;战略层面,其可作为有效的核反击手段;目标层面,其相较于传统导弹更加适合打击高价值移动目标;平台层面,其最理想的发射平台是空基载具。优化高超声速导弹的目标杀伤链,需要在目标选择上做到“动态决策”,在作战体系上实现“侦打一体”,并构建通用型武器发射平台。Several kinds of Russian hypersonic missiles come into alert,which indicates the beginning of hypersonic era in offense-defense confrontation.A preliminary study is implemented in future combat forms and targeting kill chain of hypersonic weapons,which is based on a brief introduction of fundamental theories and foreign research for hypersonic missiles.The conclusions can be drawn as follows.In operational and tactical level,hypersonic weapons are suitable both for the stand-off attack at the beginning of war and the critical hit on high-value target during operations.In strategic level,hypersonic weapons can undertake the nuclear counterattack mission.On targeting,hypersonic weapons have better performances in attacking dynamic high-value targets compared with traditional missiles.On shooting,the ideal platforms for hypersonic weapons are aircraft.Three suggestions have been put forward for the purpose of targeting kill chain optimization of hypersonic weapons,that is dynamic decision-making for target selection,"observe-orient-decide-act"for operation system,and universal platforms for launching.
