摘 要:探讨制造业集聚和技术创新如何影响工业绿色发展效率,对于促进可持续发展和应对严峻的环境挑战具有重要意义。文章以提高工业绿色发展效率为目标,利用2011—2020年中国中东部19个省份的面板数据,首先计算并简要分析中东部制造业产业集聚和工业绿色发展效率的现状;接着引入控制变量,进行实证分析及稳健性检验;最后对中东部如何提高工业绿色化生产水平提出政策建议。研究结果表明,中东部制造业产业集聚与工业绿色发展效率呈显著的“倒U”型关系,技术创新与工业绿色发展效率呈显著的“U型”关系,制造业产业集聚和技术创新之间的相互作用对于提高工业绿色发展效率具有显著的正向作用。Exploring how manufacturing industry agglomeration and technological innovation impact the efficiency of green industrial development is crucial for promoting sustainable development and addressing severe environmental challenges.This paper aims to enhance the efficiency of green industrial development.Utilizing panel data from 19 provinces in Central and Eastern China from 2011 to 2020,it first calculates and briefly analyzes the current state of manufacturing industry agglomeration and the efficiency of green industrial development in these regions.It then introduces control variables for empirical analysis and robustness tests.Finally,the paper offers policy recommendations on how to improve green production levels in Central and Eastern China.The study results indicate a significant"inverted U-shaped"relationship between manufacturing industry agglomeration and green industrial development efficiency,and a significant"U-shaped"relationship between technological innovation and green industrial development efficiency.The interaction between manufacturing industry agglomeration and technological innovation plays a significant positive role in enhancing green industrial efficiency.
