摘　　要：对高度近视患者中央孔型后房型人工晶状体(ICL V4c)植入术后生存质量的研究现状进行综述,包括ICL V4c植入术发展、ICL V4c植入术的有效性与安全性及ICL V4c植入术后生存质量,旨在为高度近视ICL V4c植入术患者制定个体化干预策略,提高患者生活质量提供依据。This paper reviews the research status of quality of life after implantation of implantable collamer lens V4c(ICL V4c)with a central hole in patients with high myopia,including the development of ICL V4c implantation,the effectiveness and safety of ICL V4c implantation,and the quality of life after ICL V4c implantation.The aim is to provide basis for developing individualized intervention strategies for patients with high myopia ICL V4c implantation and improving their quality of life.
