高硫含量煤层综掘面泡沫吸收液治理硫化氢关键技术研究

摘  要:通过对五虎山煤矿011008综掘工作面割煤期间硫化氢体积分数的测量,得出了掘进机截割不同位置煤块时涌出的硫化氢分布规律。根据规律,研制布设了硫化氢吸收剂配比装置及泡沫喷射系统,并通过对比不同质量分数的泡沫剂、硫化氢吸收剂治理效果,结合现场条件和应用成本,确定综掘工作面泡沫剂以及硫化氢吸收液最佳喷洒质量分数为3.0%和0.5%;经过最佳质量分数的泡沫吸收剂治理后,综掘司机位置处的硫化氢体积分数从120.3×10^(-6)下降到5.0×10^(-6),治理效率为95.8%,下风侧10 m的硫化氢体积分数从100.3×10^(-6)下降到4.7×10^(-6),治理效率为95.3%。Through the measurement of the volume fraction of hydrogen sulfide during coal cutting in 011008 comprehensive excavation face of Wuhushan Coal Mine,the distribution law of hydrogen sulfide emission when the tunnel boring machine cut coal blocks at different parts was obtained.According to the law,a mixing device of the absorbent for the hydrogen sulfide and a foam spraying system were developed and arranged.Then,by comparing the treatment effects of different mass fractions of foam agent and hydrogen sulfide absorbent,combined with field conditions and application costs,the optimums spraying mass fractions of foam agent and hydrogen sulfide absorbent in the comprehensive excavation face were determined to be 3.0%and 0.5%.After the treatment with the optimums mass fraction of foam absorbent solution,the volume fraction of hydrogen sulfide at the position of the comprehensive excavation driver decreased from 120.3×10^(-6) to 5.0×10^(-6),and the treatment efficiency was 95.8%.The volume fraction of hydrogen sulfide at 10 m on the downwind side decreased from 100.3×10^(-6) to 4.7×10^(-6),and the treatment efficiency was 95.3%.
