摘 要:通过矿石原料和高压辊磨破碎产品BOND球磨功指数对比,研究了高压辊磨机破碎对矿石易磨性不同程度的影响。41种矿石样品经过高压辊磨机破碎后,38种矿石样品BOND球磨功指数明显降低,降低幅度在0.78%~24.49%之间;其余3种矿石样品BOND球磨功指数反而增大。同时,对高压辊磨破碎产品的易磨性变化进行探讨,并作了详细地理论分析。By comparing the BOND ball milling work indexes of ore raw materials and HPGR(high pressure grinding roll)crushing products,the influence of HPGR crushing on ore grindability was studied.After 41 ore samples were crushed by HPGR,the BOND ball milling work indexes of the 38 ore samples were significantly reduced,and the reduction range was between 0.78%and 24.49%.The BOND ball milling work indexes of the other 3 ore samples increased instead.Meanwhile,the change of the grindability of HPGR crushing products was discussed and analyzed in detail.
