摘 要:硬齿面内齿圈热处理过程复杂,变形量较大,工艺余量难以确定,因此有必要针对该零件的热处理工艺进行研究。通过计算机模拟内齿圈热处理工艺过程,并根据模拟结果确定工艺余量,然后进行实测验证,不断优化最佳的工艺余量,逐步完善内齿圈的制造工艺,为此类薄壁渗碳淬火内齿圈的加工制造提供了可靠的参考。The heat treatment process of the internal gear ring in the hard tooth surface is complex,with large deformation,and the process allowance is difficult to determine.Therefore,it is necessary to study the heat treatment technology of this part.The heat treatment technology of the internal gear ring was simulated by computer in this paper,and the process allowance was determined according to the simulation results.Then,the optimal process allowance was continuously optimized,and the manufacturing technology of the internal gear ring was gradually improved,which provided a reliable reference for the processing and manufacturing of such carburized and quenched thin-walled internal gear ring.
