摘 要:针对瓦斯抽采钻孔喷涌引起的瓦斯超限报警问题,设计了一种新型的智能防喷装置。该装置通过采用传感器组件和PLC自动控制系统实现气水分离器及防喷箱联动。当瓦斯体积分数或压力超过某一预警值,自动控制系统接收、输出指令,控制各并联组件动作,自动密封钻孔;当传感器组件信号低于某一报警值时,收缩膨胀橡胶腔体,钻机恢复供电,正常作业。现场调试及工业性试验表明,该装置密封效果良好,各动作协调准确、敏捷,整个联动完成时间不超过3 s,提高了瓦斯超限处置的时效性,对煤矿的安全生产具有重要的现实意义。Aiming at the problem of gas overrun alarm caused by gas spaying during gas extraction drilling,a new type of intelligent blowout preventer was designed.The linkage of the gas-water separator and the blowout prevention box was realized by using sensor components and the PLC automatic control system.When the gas concentration or pressure exceeded a certain warning value,the automatic control system would receive and output instructions to control the action of each parallel component,and automatically seal the drilling.When the signal of the sensor component was lower than a certain alarm value,the expansion rubber cavity would be contracted,so the power supply of the drilling rig was restored to make the drilling rig operate normally.The field debugging and industrial test showed that the device had good sealing effect,accurate and agile coordination of each action,and the whole linkage completion time was not more than 3 s,which improved the timeliness of gas overrun disposal and had important practical significance for the safe production of coal mines.
