摘　　要：盛京将军衙门是清代盛京地区最高的军政机构。随着捐纳事宜从中央户部下放到地方,盛京地区的捐纳事宜也由盛京将军衙门统辖。本文将《黑图档·咸丰朝》中盛京将军衙门咨盛京内务府的抄件作为主要史料,对盛京将军衙门在捐纳制度中的职责进行探究,展现了盛京将军衙门在推行捐纳制度,开展捐官、捐米石武器等诸项事宜中的职责。The Shengjing General Yamen was the highest military and political institution in the Shengjing area during Qing Dynasty.With the decentralization of the donation matters from the central household department to the local government,the donation matters in the Shengjing area were also under the control of the Shengjing General Yamen.This paper takes the copy files of the Shengjing General Yamen consulting Shengjing Imperial Household Department in Xianfeng Period of Hetu Dangse as the main historical materials,and explores the responsibilities of the Shengjing General Yamen in the donation system,showing the responsibilities of the Shengjing General Yamen in implementing the donation system and carrying out the donations of officials,rice,weapons and other items.
