基于档案编研成果的大学文化传播实践与思考——以上海财经大学为例

摘　　要：档案编研工作是大学文化建设的重要一环,其产出的档案编研成果是大学文化传播的重要内容基础。根据上海财经大学档案馆(校史馆)/博物馆近年来在这一领域的实践,分析目前基于档案编研成果的大学文化传播工作存在的问题,提出了打造高素质的档案编研工作队伍、丰富档案编研成果形式、拓展档案编研成果传播路径、提升档案编研成果传播效果等四点思考,以期助力大学文化建设、文化育人及文化传承创新职能的实现。Archives compiling and researching work is an important part of university culture construction,and the output of archives compilation and research achievements is an important content basis for university cultural communication.Based on the practice of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Archives(School History Museum)/Museum in this field in recent years,the problems existing in the current university cultural communication work based on archives compilation and research achievements are analyzed,and four thoughts are put forward,including building a high-quality archives compilation and research work team,enriching the forms of archives compilation and research achievements,expanding the communication paths of archives compilation and research achievements,and improving the communication effects of archives compilation and research achievements,in order to contribute to the university culture construction and cultural education work,and realize the function of university culture inheritance and innovation.
