摘　　要：伴随着近代工业革命发展,技术作为一种独立的革命性力量登上历史舞台,而工业文明的发展也推动了技术作为独立的力量影响社会发展和推动了人类进步。随着“科学革命—技术革命—工业革命—社会革命”研究逻辑体系的建构完成,学术界进一步催生“技术政治”理论的形成和发展。作为一种新的理论范式,技术政治学本身是从技术哲学角度对技术本身的政治学问题进行分析。而作为传统政治学研究体系中新的研究领域,政治的技术理论体系建构则是在如何打破现有的技术限制,突破人类已有的认识空间,扩大人类认识和改造世界的方法空间方面发挥了重要作用。在技术政治学基础上,如何深化“政治技术”理论研究,作为进一步深化以技术系统为特征的技术政治学实践空间,具有重要的范式转型意义。Due to the development of modern industrial revolution,technology,as an independent revolutionary force,entered the historical stage,and the development of industrial civilization promoted technology as an independent force to influence social development and promote human progress.With the completion of the logic system of"scientific revolution-technological revolution-industrial revolution-social revolution",the academia has further promoted the formation and development of the theory of"technical politics".As a new theoretical paradigm,political science of technology analyzes the political issues of technology from the perspective of philosophy of technology.As a new research field in the traditional political science research system,the construction of political technology theory system has played an important role in breaking existing technical restrictions,breaking through the existing cognitive space of humans,and expanding the method space for humans to understand and transform the world.On the basis of technical politics,how to deepen the theoretical study of"political technology",as a practical space for further deepening technical politics characterized by technical system,is of great significance for paradigm transformation.
