摘 要:评价了不同黏度套铣冲砂液的携砂性能、封堵能力和体系抗温性能,指导现场套铣冲砂液的使用。实际应用中,套铣冲砂液和除砂器配套使用可增加冲砂体系携砂能力满足低排量快速冲砂作业要求。套铣冲砂液可有效解决出砂井治理前期井筒清洁问题,能够安全高效地将沉积井筒内砂体携带至地面。The sand carrying performance,sealing ability,and system temperature resistance of different viscosity milling and sand flushing fluids were evaluated,guiding the use of on-site milling and sand flushing fluids.In actual operations,when the milling and sand flushing fluid was used in conjunction with the sand remover,it could increase the sand carrying capacity of the sand flushing system to meet the requirements of low displacement and fast sand flushing operations.The milling and sand flushing fluid can effectively solve the problem of wellbore cleaning in the early stage of sand well treatment,and can safely and efficiently carry the sand body inside the sedimentary wellbore to the surface.
