摘　　要：针对酸液难溶解的重结晶石类垢样,开发出一种环保、价格低廉且性能优异的中性解堵剂,并对其进行了性能评价。结果表明:该解堵剂对多种垢样具有较好的溶垢能力,特别对于BaSO4垢样,60、90和120℃条件下6h溶垢率能分别达到33.88%、41.97%和45.74%;对金属腐蚀率非常低,不会对管柱和设备造成腐蚀;与压裂液配伍性良好,但是与酸液(盐酸和氢氟酸)不配伍,因此需要有针对性地制定不同的施工工艺;与原油混合后破乳率为96%,破乳效果较好;较低的表、界面张力有利于中性解堵剂的返排。Aiming at the recrystallized stone scale that is difficult to dissolve in acid solution, an environmentally friendly, low-priced, and excellent-performance neutral deblocking agent was developed, and its performance was evaluated.The results showed that the blocking agent has good scale dissolving ability for various scale samples, especially for BaSO_4 scale samples, the scale dissolution rate can reach 33.88%,41.97%,and 45.74% respectively under the conditions of 60,90,and 120℃ in 6 hours.The metal corrosion rate was very low, it will not cause corrosion to construction pipe columns and metal equipment.It has good compatibility with fracturing fluids, but not compatible with acid liquids(hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid),so different formulations need to be targeted.After mixing with crude oil, the demulsification rate was 96%,and the demulsification effect was good.At the same time, the lower surface and interfacial tension was beneficial to the flowback of the neutral deblocking agent.
