摘 要:研究了以异辛酸和三甘醇为原料、钛酸四丁酯为催化剂合成三甘醇二异辛酸酯的最佳工艺,探讨了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间以及醇酸物质的量等因素对产品纯度的影响。结果表明:在n(三甘醇)∶n(异辛酸)为1∶2.5、催化剂用量为三甘醇和异辛酸总质量的0.2%、反应温度为220℃、反应时间为6h、甲苯用量为三甘醇和异辛酸总质量40%的条件下,三甘醇二异辛酸酯的纯度可达到98.00%(气相色谱法)。Triethylene glycol di-2-ethylhexoate material was synthesized using the triethylene glycol and 2-ethylhexanoic acid as starting material with tetrabutyl titanate as catalyst.The effects of reaction conditions, such as catalyst dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time and molar ratio of alkyd and acid were investigated.The results indicated that the purity can reach 98.00% when the n(triethylene glycol)∶n(2-ethylhexanoic acid)=1∶2.5,the catalyst dosage was 0.2% of 2-ethylhexanoic acid and triethylene glycol, the toluene dosage was 40% of 2-ethylhexanoic acid and triethylene glycol, the reaction temperature was 220℃,the reaction time was 6h.
