摘  要:高纯异丁烯单元脱重塔塔底采出部分重组分,送入罐区储罐。该部分重组分内醇类较多,进入辛烯罐,与罐内储存的辛烯等混合后发生化学反应生产较多絮状物。絮状物的生成影响罐内烯烃质量,无法外售。为解决这个问题,通过增加水洗流程将重组分中叔丁醇萃取出来,剩余重组分(含烯烃聚合物)外送罐区,对叔丁醇进行回收利用转化为高纯异丁烯产品。流程改造后,减少了重组分的外送量,同时回收了部分叔丁醇,增加了装置的效益。Part of the reconstituted fraction extracted from the bottom of the deweighing tower of high purity isobutene unit was sent to the storage tank in the tank area.There were more alcohols in the reconstituted fraction.After entering the octene tank,more flocculents were produced by chemical reaction after mixing with the octene stored in the tank.To solve this problem,the recombination fraction of tert-butanol is extracted by adding a water washing process,and the remaining recombination fraction(containing olefin polymers)was sent to the tank farm,where the tert-butanol was recycled and converted into high-purity isobutene products.After process optimization,the output of recombination fraction was reduced,and part of tert-butanol was recovered,which increased the benefit of the device.
