干旱胁迫对新疆杨和青杨生长及生理特性的影响

摘  要:在盆栽条件下,设置对照、轻度、中度和重度干旱胁迫4个处理,研究干旱胁迫对新疆杨和青杨生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明,轻度干旱胁迫不会对新疆杨株高和地径产生显著影响,但会显著降低青杨株高和地径;中度和重度干旱胁迫均会显著降低新疆杨和青杨株高与地径。轻度干旱胁迫不会对新疆杨SOD活性、蔗糖合成酶活性产生显著影响;中度和重度干旱胁迫会显著提高新疆杨和青杨SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性,并降低其蔗糖合成酶活性。综合分析认为,中度和重度干旱胁迫会显著抑制新疆杨和青杨生长,提高其抗氧化酶活性,并降低其蔗糖酶活性。4 treatments including control,mild,moderate and severe drought stress were set up under potted conditions to study the effects of drought stress on the growth and physiological characteristics of Populus alba and Populus cathayana.The results indicated that mild drought stress would not have a significant impact on the height and diameter of Populus alba,but would significantly reduce the height and diameter of Populus cathayana.Moderate and severe drought stress would significantly reduce the height and diameter of Populus alba and Populus cathayana.Mild drought stress would not have a significant impact on the SOD activity and sucrose synthase activity of Populus alba,while moderate and severe drought stress would significantly increase the SOD activity,POD activity,CAT activity and reduce the sucrose synthase activity.Comprehensive analysis suggested that moderate and severe drought stress could significantly inhibit the growth of Populus alba and Populus cathayana,increase the antioxidant enzyme activity and reduce the sucrase activity.
