菜籽饼肥对红瑞木移栽苗生长和苗圃土壤肥力的影响  

Effects of Rapeseed Cake Fertilizer on the Growth of Transplanted Cornus Alba Seedlings and Soil Fertility in Nursery

摘　　要：以1年生红瑞木扦插苗为试验材料,在田间条件下,设置5个施肥处理,研究了不同比例的菜籽饼肥对红瑞木移栽苗生长和土壤养分的影响。结果表明,与仅施用化肥处理相比,施用35%化肥+65%菜籽饼肥显著提高了红瑞木移栽苗的株高、地径、根系干重、茎干重、叶干重及其苗圃土壤的有机质含量、碱解氮含量、有效磷含量、速效钾含量、脲酶活性、磷酸酶活性、蔗糖酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性。综合分析来看,红瑞木移栽苗整地时施用35%化肥+65%菜籽饼肥较为适宜。Using 1-year-old cutting seedlings of Cornus alba as experimental materials,5 fertilization treatments were set up under field conditions to study the effects of different ratios of rapeseed cake fertilizer on the growth and soil nutrients of Cornus alba transplanted seedlings.The results showed that application of 35%chemical fertilizer+65%rapeseed cake fertilizer significantly increased the height,diameter,root duy weight,stem dry weight,leaf dry weight of transplanted Cornus alba seedlings and the organic matter content,alkaline nitrogen content,available phosphorus content,available potassium content,urease activity,phosphatase activity,sucrase activity,catalase activity in the nursery soil compared to the treatment only application with chemical fertilizer.Overall analysis showed that it was more appropriate to apply 35%chemical fertilizer+65%rapeseed cake fertilizer when preparing the soil for transplanting seedlings of Cornus alba.
