摘 要:为研究某水闸运行多年后的实际状态,采用ABAQUS分析软件建立了由闸底板、闸墩及桩基础等部分组成的水闸闸室三维有限元计算模型,并对水闸闸室不同工况下的应力及变形进行了计算分析。研究表明:在不同工况荷载作用下,水闸底板和闸墩的应力均小于混凝土设计标准值,中墩变形量大于边墩,但各向位移均小于3cm;桩基础顶水平位移大于两侧边墩,最大值为0.414mm,两项结果均能满足规范及设计要求。本案例分析为确定类似水闸闸室结构的安全分析提供了新的方法。In order to study the actual state of a sluice after many years of operation,this paper uses ABAQUS analysis software to establish a three-dimensional finite element calculation model of sluice chamber composed of sluice bottom plate,sluice pier and pile foundation,and analyzes the deformation and stress of sluice chamber under different working conditions.The research shows that:Under various loads under different working conditions,the stress of the bottom plate and pier of the sluice is less than the standard value of the concrete design value,the deformation of the middle pier is greater than that of the side pier,but the displacement is less than 3cm.The horizontal displacement of the top of the pile foundation is larger than that of the two side piers,and the maximum value is 0.414mm.The results can meet the specifications and design requirements.Through the above analysis and research,a new method is provided to determine the safety state of this sluice gate and similar sluice gate chamber structures.
